Today on December 18 we celebrated the finish of our joint blockchain project with ChromaWay, funded by Vinnova, and also the start of a new journey – CapChap. The vision is a self-service tool for corporate formalities, support for share transactions and a collaboration platform for different stakeholders, all based on the blockchain-based share ledger offering superior reliability. The mission is the help startups and entrepreneurs to manage corporate formalities in an easy and cost-efficient way. We are very proud and happy to have developed this unique and desired tool, in yet another step to facilitate for companies and accelerate the world of legal tech. Check out more at www.capchap.se.
A big thanks to the LegalWorks/LWA development team consisting of Anna Brunzell, Caroline Snellman, Rickard Nilsson, Ulf Linden and the ChromaWay team with Mikael Koniakowski, Jörgen Modin, Adam Strandberg, Tobias Rådeskog och Henrik Hjelte – and thanks also Vinnova for identifying legal tech as a sector with a lot of potential.
