LegalWorks has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Gothenburg-based firm ProLegal. ProLegal was founded in 2012 by Ann Marcus Pedersén and Catrine Holmgren, which both have had careers as in-house counsels for large companies. ProLegal offers general commercial legal support and have in-depth experience in real easte, banking and insurance.

”Through this collaboration we and, in particular, our customers get access to LegalWorks´ team of experienced lawyers and specialists in areas like data protection,  compliance and public procurement, but also know-how in areas like legal operation and legal tech tools, which has become an area of interest for many companies ” says Ann Marcus Pedersén.
