Mikael Wahlgren, one of Sweden’s most senior GCs has joined LegalWorks team of experienced lawyers. Mikael has spent 10 years as the Vice President and Group General Counsel of the Alfa Laval Group and before that he has served with international companies, like ABB, Rolls Royce, NCC and Skanska. Mikael has been based both in Sweden, India, Switzerland and UK. Since January 2016 he offers a ”GC for hire” service and legal support to both large and small companies. In addition, he is an arbitrator and is doing research about the in-house legal function at Lund’s University. Mikael also acts as chairman and board member for several companies.
